connecting to the earth
a yoga in nature retreat with Ostii & maya

Yoga Ecology Retreat at Hepburn Retreat Centre

starts:      Friday 6th november - 4pm

finishes:   Sunday 8th november - 4pm

The Sanskrit word Yoga means many things. It is most often translated to mean joining, union, relation or balance.
Yoga takes many forms; all aimed at harmonizing, strengthen and integrating body, mind and spirit.

Time in nature opens us to beauty and peace, returning us to the world of the senses. This weekend retreat will be a celebration and deepening of our connection to the earth, to ourselves, and to the community within which we practice.

In the forested hills of Hepburn Springs and the historic gardens of Hepburn Retreat Centre, the retreat includes a fun and soulful combination of walks, meditation, asana, nurturing creativity, connection and awareness

We will also explore how bhakti and karma yoga help us to connect to the earth and the ground of our being.

Your body will be nurtured with delicious organic, home cooked meals, your mind calmed through a deeper connection with your breath and being, and your spirit enriched through your connection with the planet.

$310 (early bird - if paid by 25th October)
