If you require a bunk you will have to book as there are limited beds available. If you plan to camp, bring everything you need to make your stay a comfortable one. Chlorinated drinking water and showers are available, and there is a beautiful river on our doorstep for swimming. Yoga Camp will be running regardless of weather, but it is recommended that you check the weather forecast prior to coming, and take clothes accordingly.

In addition to the meals provided, chai, tea, snacks and fruit will be available for purchase.

There will be a number of yoga classes running simultaneously throughout the weekend to cater for all levels, with a variety of styles available. There will also be workshops on nutrition, meditation, massage, Pranayama, the theory and philosophy of yoga, Yoga Nidra, kids yoga and activities, dance and confidence-building activities.

There will be heaps of kids activities and more yoga classes for kids this time as it is the middle of the school holidays.

Intention behind Yoga Camp

We believe that everyone should be able to have a retreat-style experience regardless of how much they earn, so we have created an inspiring event with experienced, qualified instructors that is affordable for everyone.

As part of our measures to keep costs down, we ask that everyone helps to serve, prepare, or clean up after one meal during the weekend. You will learn how to prepare your food to maximise nutrition, as well as have an opportunity to experience the spiritual benefits of service!

As this event is a family friendly yoga event, we ask that you keep your drugs and alcohol at home. Thank you.
