yoga teachers
hrc~yoga teachers are committed to developing their own yoga practices at the centre. The teachers draw from their personal experience and integration of the diverse range of styles they have encountered over their years of training and practice. A common theme is the dedication and wholistic approach each has to their craft and their continuing pursuit of knowledge with on going practice and attendance at workshops.
Chitra
Chitra has been teaching Yoga for 20 years, and is certified to instruct Integral Yoga Hatha classes at beginners, intermediate and advanced levels as well as pre- and post-natal Yoga. She has been involved in training Yoga teachers since 1990 and has served as a primary Hatha Yoga teacher trainer for Integral Yoga Basic Teacher Training since 2000, facilitating programs in Australia and the USA. Zalan Glen
Zalan has been gradually refining his instruction since completing an intensive ISHTA (Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra and Ayerveda) teacher training program designed to assist individuals on their own yoga journey. Casual classes over the last few years has seen a focus arise for slower flowing forms, allowing an exploration of the subtle body. Developing presence through integration of the breath with asanas, is to practise self enquiry. By practising yoga together, we make available the opportunity to discover more of 'who we are.
ostii ananda

He focuses on acceptance and nurturing of one's own body and being, incorporating massage and self-healing techniques of Oki-do yoga. He promotes mindfulness, chanting, pranayama, right diet and community relationship as the foundations of a strong yoga practice.
He has been practising yoga for ten years and teaching for eight, studying with teachers in Australia, India and Europe. Through training in Postural Integration - a deep tissue, holistic bodywork, and studies in anatomy, advaita, tantra and contemporary shamanism, Ostii has broadened his approach to yoga as a path to open, liberate and integrate body, heart and mind.
