Guests can enjoy an individual stay at Hepburn Retreat Centre, or stay as part of a group.

individual reservations

Please email to info@hepburnretreatcentre.com.au or telephone 5348 2005, with day of arrival and number of people, and we will confirm your reservation.

If you arrive here without a booking, detailed instructions are included at our upstairs Reception, so guests may check-in, even if a Receptionist is not available on arrival.

Please note that guests need to bring their own linen - sheets/duvet, (sleeping bag), slip and towel (nights can be cold!). We provide pillows and extra blankets.

Staying at Hepburn Retreat Centre

• We expect guests to be independant, self reliant and respectful of the Retreat Centre.
• If you do require assistance or have special needs, please discuss these with the staff.
• Please see the space hire agreements if you want to just hire our Studios separately.
• A function co-ordination fee may be allocated for specific tasks, as negotiated on a case by case basis to meet group needs.
  

deposits and payment

We accept cash or cheque only, made out to Hepburn Retreat Centre.

individuals

• A deposit is usually not required for individual guests.
• Payment is due at time of arrival and check-in, OR if reception is unattended, when first meeting staff.
